Prosegur wins the Innovation Award in the fourth edition of the Corporate magazine awards

Deerfield Beach, FL (December 30, 2024): Prosegur Security, a leading business unit in the private security sector, has been awarded the 'Innovation' award at the fourth edition of the Corporate Magazine Awards. This recognition highlights the company's leadership in technological transformation through its hybrid security model, which combines the expertise of seasoned professionals with advanced data and technology.

José Gil, Managing Director of Prosegur Security Iberia, accepted the award on behalf of the company's global team of over 100,000 professionals. In his acceptance speech, Gil emphasized the importance of adapting to a rapidly changing world, stating, "We currently live in a world in constant transformation, which has become even more evident in the last two decades. This is why we have driven the evolution of security through technology and data, to proactively address new threats and systemic risks."

The Corporate Magazine Awards celebrate excellence and transformative impact within Spain's economic and social sectors. Since launching its RPA project in 2017, the company has automated nearly 400 processes, ranging from updating contract terms to streamlining invoicing and logistics planning. This initiative has garnered multiple accolades, including the Global Award for the Most Innovative RPA Automation Solution in 2020 and 2021, and the Intelligent Automation Leader of the Year 2021 award, presented to Fernando Cisneros, head of the RPA automation project at Prosegur.

In February 2024, the company received the Cutting-Edge Technology Award as a Leader in Security Systems, awarded by the newspaper La Razón and the Community of Madrid.
